At Freedom Munitions, our remanufactured ammunition is engineered to perform just like new—delivering the reliability, accuracy, and consistency that discerning shooters expect.
Note: Some remanufactured ammunition may include nickel-plated cases. These are completely safe to shoot and reload, and function just like traditional brass cases.
Each round starts with a rigorous inspection process using our fully automated Scharch Range Master machines. Cases are checked for debris, pressure-tested for splits or cracks, and thoroughly prepped—primers are removed, flash holes are cleared, and primer pockets are reamed to accept new primers.
We take it a step further by washing every case in a specially formulated acid bath to remove any remaining powder residue that tumbling can’t reach. Afterward, they’re spin-dried for a clean, polished finish. Our proprietary full-length resizing process—developed in-house—ensures all cases meet strict S.A.A.M.I. specifications for commercial use.
Once ready, these components are loaded on the same fiber optic-controlled Ammo Load machines used for our premium new ammo. These machines ensure precision in priming depth, powder charge, bullet seating, and overall cartridge length.
Using new projectiles, powder, and primers, our “Like-New” manufacturing process delivers factory-new performance—at a more affordable price. It’s a smart choice for shooters who want dependable, high-quality ammo without compromising on value.
